Vicken Behlawanian is a PMI Authorized Instructor (ATP) and senior Portfolio, Program, and Project Management consultant with more than 20 years of international experience across banking, healthcare, construction, government, and technology sectors.

He holds an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, combining strong business acumen with deep technical expertise. Throughout his career, Vicken has helped organizations design and implement structured project, program, and portfolio management frameworks aligned with strategic objectives and global best practices.

With over 20,000 hours of instructor-led training delivered across 9 countries, Vicken has supported thousands of professionals in earning globally recognized certifications. His teaching approach focuses on clarity, real-world application, and exam strategy — helping candidates understand not only what PMI expects, but why.

In addition to training, Vicken has led complex transformation initiatives and contributed to the development of more than 60 websites and enterprise applications. He actively mentors professionals on Udemy and is known for his responsiveness and ongoing student support.
