Bikendra is the founder of Work on Strategy, where he helps early-career professionals master essential strategic skills. He has 15 years experience helping large businesses, non-profits, and startups in 12 different countries.

He played a key role in Mercedes-Benz's HR strategy in Asia Pacific, building a strong talent pool and cutting hiring costs. He also led the inward remittance strategy for Nepal Investment Bank (formerly, a member of Credit Agricole), boosting their share of worker remittances.

Bikendra has studied in Nepal, India, Thailand, Germany and Australia. He graduated top of his MBA class. He is also a Certified Practitioner HR from Australian HR Institute.
