I started my career as a programmer (Canada), but my passion for simplifying learning took me deep into the instructional design and digital learning world. Over the last 15 years, I’ve built eLearning modules, managed LMS ecosystems, developed e-libraries, analysed organizational data, improved processes, and helped teams transition into digital-first workflows by providing technical assistance. Today, as a certified Digital Transformation Officer (PECB), I bring together technology, learning, and analytics to create training that is practical, engaging, and future-ready.
