Value Management and Options Corporation (ValueMan) is the leading business valuation company for business and intangible asset valuation services.

The standards of IVSC, in conjunction with the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) and Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB-US), are required for financial reporting in most countries.
