I completed my Bachelor’s in Teaching more than 20 years ago, then I acquired my Master’s in Education. I have completed a CIPD Diploma in Learning and Development, an ILM Level 5 Award and a Level 7 Certificate in Leadership and Management. I have successfully completed my studies acquiring a Master Certificate in Business Management, and a Diploma in Life Coaching as well. Most recently, I have gained a Diploma in Digital Learning Design and I have become an accredited NLP practitioner.

I have worked in various leadership roles in my career, mainly in Learning and Development, and Operations Management, for example as a Regional Director, the Deputy Director of Learning Education and Development, or the Group Head of L&D. I have implemented and launched coaching and mentoring as well as leadership development programmes. In these roles I have gained a lot of experience and knowledge, acquired a lot of skills to be able to develop, design and deliver leadership and life coaching, leadership, and management workshops.

I am also a Chartered Manager and a Chartered Member of CMI, a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership, a Chartered Member of CIPD.
