My background in Learning and Development started early, from training roles in the military, through hands-on instructional work in academic and university settings, and later into the high-tech world, where I now work in sales and sales training.

Over the years, I’ve been deeply involved in designing learning experiences that actually work in real life. Today, in a high-tech sales environment, everything I teach is constantly tested in conversations, objections, messaging, and performance.

This course brings together the knowledge, frameworks, and practical insights I’ve accumulated across all these stages. It’s focused, applied, and built to help you think clearer, act smarter, and get better results.
