Michael is a US CPA, Entrepreneur, Veteran, Expat, Ultrarunner, Philanthropist.

He has extensive prior experience from working in New York at PriceWaterhouseCoopers  and Och Ziff Capital.

Michael started the journey about a decade ago in Vietnam bootstrapping an accounting outsourced company with only $6,000. He has then founded several outsourced accounting firms since then and is currently is the founder and CEO of One Be Solved Inc., and Lions Consulting, Vietnam's leading US Outsourced Accounting Firm.

The businesses' primary goals are to assist in managing clients books remotely as well as help other outsourced firms grow and scale.

Michael also works as a business coach that promotes the work life balance by being an active ultra long distance runner so as to inspire others that life can be abundant with wealth and health. 

With expertise in "dumbing things down", simplifying all matters relating to work, that is how he is able to help others achieve the work life balance.
