Aun Communication Ltd. (founded in 2019) is an independent consulting firm specializing in Intercultural Communication Strategy and Coaching. 

Co-founder: Emily Palmer
Born and raised in London to a British-Thai family.  She worked across the UK government, NGOs, and consulting firms before relocating to Singapore in 2013. At Dell Singapore, she designed, developed, and delivered communication training for multinational teams. In 2018, she returned to London and co-founded Aun Communication.

Co-founder : Toru Yagi
Joined Suntory in 2004 as a new graduate and spent 12 years in sales, corporate planning, and marketing.  Relocated to Singapore in 2016 and led local team management at Idemitsu.  After moving to London in 2018, he worked for a major U.S. insurance group before co-founding Aun Communication in 2019.
