Tony has trained hundreds of people in schools throughout the UK in how to coach effectively. He has also carried out coaching training in over 20 other countries. He is the author of a number of books including 'A Mindset for Success' and 'Coaching for Change'. His training goes from an introduction to the skills of coaching all the way through to ILM level 5 (degree level) and ILM level 7 (masters level).
