I am a full-time professional tutor 8 seasons in. I graduated Lehigh University a semester early with an English major and Creative Writing minor (having switched over from Business), and became a tutor as what I thought would be a modest stopgap job to fill the rest of the year while assessing my "real" opportunities. I quickly realized that tutoring could be much more than that, quite possibly the realest opportunity I would find, and began down the path.

Now here I am, tutoring with authority. There's nothing to prevent me from teaching you as deeply and quickly as you can pick up what I'm putting down, without interruption and at the speed that is suitable to you. We take care of it, get to the bottom of it: help students and parents find the depths of their talent, cultivate self-sufficiency, and succeed at their goals. 

I have been working 6 days a week helping students with SAT/ACT (encompassing all sections of both tests), college counseling, application essays, essays of any kind, GRE, etc. I do not have another job: this is my job. I'm one of the few full-time professionals in an ocean of part-timers, and I put in the love sweat and tears week in and week out.

Also, I'd like to say, yes, I am a "tutor" in the sense that that's the most recognizable label society would tend to associate with what I primarily do for a living, but don't get me wrong: I am no mere tutor. 

Yes, we will take care of these tests: that's why you're here. But more importantly I hope to guide each of my students to learn well in a broader sense, to reach for that feeling of satisfaction that comes with doing something well and growing. Life is a test.
