I have always been interested in the workings of the mind, and this eventually led me to exploring mindfulness and present moment awareness. Over the part few years I have written a book and have begun teaching people what I've learnt using my unique approach. I also aim to bring some joy and a light touch to a subject which can be difficult for people to fully understand. This course is mostly based on my book and can also be stand-alone learning material that will allow for a robust understanding, which is re-enforced through the practices and qualities of presence that I teach
