Tetra Chrome

Tetra Chrome was founded in 2014 and has a core consisting of principal consultants and engineers with international experience spanning from 10 to over 25 years in the Energy industry, gained across five continents, from Operators to Engineering companies and Management consultancies.

Our aim is to bridge the gap between engineering design and facility operations while providing value improvement practice and value engineering services to projects and operating plants.

The courses are done by 2 of our consultants: Andreea Florea and Dejan Ivanovic.

Andreea has more than 10 years of experience in both Process Engineering and Industrial Project Management. She managed major projects over all development phases, from early idea management, concept engineering to basic engineering and detailed engineering in both fossil fuels and renewables. Has led organizations to successfully transfer ideas into engineering packages and to the realization on construction sites and commissioned large-scale industrial process plants all over the world.

Andreea holds a pocket MBA from the Bocconi University in Milan and a Bachelor in Chemical Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Timisoara. Acquired several certificates as her continuous Learning Mindset focuses on the six dimensions of solving problems, communicating, and making connections.

Dejan is business savvy consultant with over 20 years of international experience in oil & gas exploration, production and processing, NGL/LNG industry, petroleum refining. Supporting businesses across Europe, West Africa, Latin America, and the Middle East, in various capacities encompassing process design, commissioning and startup, operations support, plant operations management, engineering management, asset management, technical safety and risk management.

Dejan holds an MBA in Chemical Engineering from the University of Belgrade, with focus on Process Technology. Holds a number of certificates making him one of the leading regional experts in the industry and subject matter expert (SME) in the field of Asset Integrity, Process Engineering and Operational Excellence.
