I’ve spent over 40 years living and breathing inventory and continuous improvement across industries that touch every corner of the supply chain—Military, Mining, Agriculture, 3PL, FMCG, Manufacturing, Medical, and Retail. From the shop floor to the boardroom, I’ve seen it all, fixed it all, and built systems that work.

This course was created to fill a massive gap: true inventory mastery. Most businesses overlook inventory as a specialty, yet it is the beating heart of efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. I hold a Master of Logistics & Supply Chain Management, an Associate Diploma in Industrial Engineering, and diplomas in Business, Management, and Training & Assessment.
