Throughout his career, Terrence has led complex projects, built project management organizations, developed project teams, and helped professionals strengthen their ability to lead and deliver successful projects. His experience spans engineering, construction, telecommunications, technology, and business operations.
In the telecommunications industry, Terrence helped build a project management organization from the ground up, growing the team to more than 25 project managers, engineers, and planners while supporting major infrastructure programs and multimillion-dollar project portfolios.
Today, through Mustard Seed Evolution, Terrence focuses on project management, leadership development, PMP® education, and helping professionals turn their project experience into career opportunity.
As a Professional Engineer and PMP-certified project leader, Terrence brings both technical experience and real-world leadership perspective into his teaching.
His approach is simple: project management is more than processes, templates, and certifications. It is about developing the ability to lead people, make decisions, communicate clearly, and consistently move work from vision to execution.
