Nikki Baksh is a movement artist, trauma-informed educator, and interdisciplinary teacher specializing in yoga, somatic awareness, and nervous system regulation. Her work bridges traditional yogic frameworks, neuroscience, and artistic process to support embodied learning and sustainable transformation.
She has served as the primary Yoga Advisor for Apple TV+’s WeCrashed and has worked privately with artists including Anne Hathaway. Her teaching is sought not for trends, but for its depth, clarity, and practical integration.
Nikki holds over 800 hours of advanced training in yoga and meditation, is a 500-hour certified teacher in the ISHTA lineage, and has additional certifications in neuroscience, neuroplasticity, and yoga for emotional healing. She is also a classically trained professional dancer, having studied at the Joffrey Ballet School, with a background in dramatic arts and movement-based education.
Her experience includes facilitating trauma-sensitive practices in diverse and high-stress environments, including post-conflict regions such as Bosnia and Herzegovina. This global and interdisciplinary foundation informs a teaching style that is precise, accessible, and grounded in lived experience.
Nikki is the creator of programs such as Artistry of the Chakras, RESET, and Embodying Ancestral Wisdom, designed to integrate body, mind, and awareness through structured, experiential learning.
Her courses are for students seeking clear instruction, embodied understanding, and practices that translate beyond the mat into daily life.
