Tara Lehman is leader who cares about great leadership and businesses where team collaboration, communication, and achieving goals is the norm. As a leadership and business coach/consultant she helps her clients by empowering and supporting them with their goals, challenges and struggles. Tara has over 23 years of working in the trucking industry from customer service to leading Canada including being a global Leadership Train-The-Trainer and lean assessor for the organization, and almost everything in between. Tara opened her business with her sister, Twin Life Coaching & Business Services (now closed 4-2026) in 2017, of which the Amplifying Leadership (now its own company 4-2026) division opened in 2023. Tara has worked with various industries, through coaching, training and consulting, to bring light to visions, provide support and guidance to her clients.
