I am a Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA/CGMA) with over 20 years of senior finance experience, including roles as Finance Director and Group Financial Controller  across high-growth, private-equity-backed SaaS, technology, leisure and multi-entity international businesses.

Throughout my career, I have led end-to-end finance functions, overseen global accounting operations, delivered board-level reporting, managed complex audits, VAT, payroll, and compliance, and driven financial transformation, automation, and control across organisations operating under IFRS, UK GAAP, and US GAAP.

I have built and led finance teams, translated financial data into clear commercial insight and better decision-making.
