I am passionate about helping people truly understand safety, not just memorize rules. Safety is about protecting lives, and I believe training should be clear, engaging, and practical enough to make a real difference on the job.
I develop curriculum that uses strong visuals, real-life examples, and follow-up problem-solving to help learners think critically and apply what they learn. My teaching focuses on making OSHA regulations easy to follow and showing how they apply to everyday tasks.
Whether you are new to the field or leading a crew, my goal is to equip you with tools you can use immediately to protect yourself and your team.
Safety should not be a checklist. It should be a culture built on knowledge, confidence, and action. That is what I teach, and that is what I am here to help you build.
Credentials: I am a certified Associate Safety Professional (ASP) with experience in commercial, civil, and residential construction. I have worked with companies ranging from fewer than 200 to over 10,000 employees, giving me a deep understanding of how safety works in the real world.
