I am a huge people-person and spent more than 22 years in the IT industry. I bring a wealth of experience in managing large and complex engagements and a large team of 100+ in Offshore Software Development services using Agile and PMP methodologies. 

I ultimately gaining experience in operations management, and I love it!! There is nothing greater than finding opportunities for smart people to do awesome things, and it's a fantastic process that I feel lucky to participate in. 

I am always striving to bring 100% to the work that I do, and my goal as an Operations Manager is to build strong, long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with my client and organization alike.
