Hi. I am Tania Lang, founder and principal of PeakXD, an Australian-based experience design consultancy, which I founded in 2003.

I have 4 academic qualifications, including a Master of Business by Research (User Behaviour) and a Grad. Cert. in Human Factors, but most of my experience comes from my 20+ years working on over 500 UX projects across a range of industries, including government, finance, education, travel, and health.

I am always on the lookout for new and innovative methods, tools and technologies to streamline our team's work, including the use of AI.

My passion and skill is bringing stakeholders on the journey and changing their mindsets to see the customers' perspective.

Having worked on UX projects for many organisations (large and small) with limited resources, I understand what tools and techniques work in the real world.

Having trained over 4,000 students in UX, I wanted to create online training courses that are engaging and provide opportunities to put your skills into practice to build your portfolio - which is why all my classes include accompanying hands-on activities that help you grow and develop in your field.

In my classes I share stories, experiences and case studies from over 500 UX projects that I have worked on, and I share details of the methods and techniques used daily in my digital agency. My Udemy classes are primarily taught by me, Tania Lang, with a few special appearances from other skilled UX designers from my PeakXD team.

My passion and mission is empowering others to improve the world through human-centred design and I only choose to only work on projects that are sustainable and aim to improve the world.
