Syeda works with individuals and couples across a wide range of emotional and relational challenges, guiding them to overcome anxiety, depression, self-doubt, and life transitions with renewed confidence and insight. Her approach is compassionate, solution-oriented, and deeply attuned to the unique story of each person she works with.
During the week, Syeda supports creative media students at a world-renowned university, providing counselling, coaching, and disability support that fosters both personal and academic growth. On weekends, she runs her private practice, Counselling with Coaching, where she offers transformative individual and couples therapy.
