I am a clinical research professional and Biomedical Engineer (PhD) with a passion for bridging deep scientific research with hands-on trial management. My expertise lies in the end-to-end design, coordination, and management of clinical trials, having successfully led 13-15 concurrent studies. My hands-on experience encompasses patient recruitment and retention strategies, rigorous data collection, and ensuring full regulatory compliance with ethics and GCP standards.

My research background is in developing innovative clinical methods, including glaucoma detection using pupillometry and signal processing. This unique blend of engineering and clinical practice allows me to bring a data-driven and innovative approach to solving complex challenges in clinical research.

I am an experienced leader, skilled in stakeholder communication, cross-functional team leadership, and mentoring the next generation of researchers. I currently serve as a Guest Lecturer at the University of Melbourne, where I teach Clinical Research and Advanced Clinical Research Design, sharing practical, real-world knowledge with students.
