Hi, I'm Suzie and I share the tools that have helped to completely transform my relationship with food.
I have spent two decades of my life believing that my body needed to be smaller. I'd say it had a lot to do with films such as Bridget Jones' Diary and almost every woman's magazine. Every where I looked I got the message that to be happy, and acceptable I had to lose weight.
Sadly, my first diet was the beginning of decades of restricting food which always ended in feeling out of control around food and the inevitable binge eating.
Fortunately I found the tools of intuitive eating and began the work of healing my relationship with food. I no longer diet and I never will again. I am now healthy both physically and mentally and eat in a balanced, nourishing and joyful way.
Now I teach others how to make the principles of intuitive eating work for them in their unique lives.
