About me
Technology strategist and transformational engineering leader with over two decades spent building the core digital infrastructure of global enterprises. My career has been defined not by maintaining systems, but by reimagining them—turning complexity into clarity and engineering platforms that deliver scale, resilience, and long-term impact.
As a Vice President at J.P. Morgan Chase and my previous employers, I led mission-critical initiatives across Data Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, Oracle Database Systems, and Performance Engineering. I engineered the organization’s most trusted data pathways—designing and optimizing Oracle GoldenGate replication architectures that ensured real-time, multi-region, zero-downtime data synchronization. I modernized legacy environments into high-performance, high-volume data pipelines, significantly elevating the bank’s reliability, recovery readiness, and operational efficiency.
My expertise spans Database Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Agentic AI, Oracle GoldenGate, Performance Tuning, Automations, Product Management, and Strategic Leadership—anchored by a deep mastery of high-availability architectures and intelligent automation frameworks. I bring these disciplines together to shape technology strategies, streamline operations, and lead teams toward high-impact outcomes. I architect solutions built for excellence—where precision, security, and scalable design drive long-term success and meaningful business transformation.
I founded LAXAI LABS to address the biggest gap I’ve seen in the industry: the lack of structured engineering thinking. Tools evolve, frameworks change—but the ability to break down a problem, reason through complexity, and architect solutions from first principles is what truly sets great engineers apart.
At LAXAI LABS, we don’t just teach technologies like Oracle GoldenGate, Cloud Architecture, AWS ML, MLOps, and Data Engineering. We teach the mindset behind them—the systematic, structured, and strategic thinking required to solve enterprise-level challenges and build innovative systems from the ground up.
My mission is to help the next generation of engineers become architects of impact—professionals who can think deeply, design boldly, and build systems that shape the future.
