Based in Canada, Cory and Steve have worked together for over 25 years in the structured cabling and networking markets. Both have experience in academia as university lecturers, and they expanded into corporate training in the 1990s.

They specialize in instructional design, course development, and technical writing, and also manage to find time to create practice exams for credentialing. Over time, their training courses for the classroom have migrated to online learning using Articulate 360 software to better serve a global audience.

Combined, they hold Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Commerce degrees, and two MBAs. They have also accumulated multiple certifications and credentials, including ones from Adobe, BICSI, Microsoft, and Novell.
