Hi, I'm Steph Van De Ven and I've successfully taught Mindfulness to hundreds of kids with anger issues, ADHD, ADD, anxiety and major stresses with proven results and decrease in anxiety, stress, worries.
I'm a published children's book author of The Birdy Book Series, I'm on TV regularly, on several radio talk shows on a regular basis, and I speak at events on Mindfulness, Meditation and the importance of mental health in children. I also work with schools, teachers, principals and educators.
I work with and partner with Children's Mental Health agencies, social workers, yoga instructors, mindfulness teachers and meditation coaches.
I volunteer teaching Mindfulness to groups of local kiddos, and I am also a single Mom to an incredible 8 year old boy.
