Stephanie Reh is a leadership development expert, executive HR leader, and founder of Accountability Evangelist, on a mission to help people get out of their own way and achieve results that matter.
With a career spent partnering with CEOs, executive teams, and boards, Stephanie has led people strategy across complex, multi-site organizations in manufacturing, nonprofit, technology, and service environments. She is known for turning ideas into disciplined execution—building leadership capability, strengthening accountability, and driving measurable results.
Stephanie created her courses to bring practical, real-world leadership tools to a broader audience. Her work focuses on what actually changes outcomes: how people think, behave, and follow through. Her approach is direct, actionable, and grounded in real experience—not theory.
At the heart of Stephanie’s work is a deep belief that when individuals take ownership of their actions and results, they unlock not only their own potential—but their ability to positively impact others. That belief fuels everything she teaches.
In addition to her courses, Stephanie has led organizational development initiatives, designed leadership academies, and advised organizations through growth, transformation, and change. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Rochester and a master’s degree in Strategic Leadership from Roberts Wesleyan University.
She is also an active community leader, serving as President of the Board of Directors for PUSH Physical Theatre and as a board member for the Orlando Fringe Festival.
Stephanie is also a lifelong, avid Buffalo Bills fan. Go Bills!
