I'm a recovering accountant who pivoted into a career in learning development in 2009.  Over the last nine years I've taught courses to audiences all over the world on topics such as delegation, time management, leadership, feedback and team management along with working with individuals to build their skills and confidence as leaders.

I'm a certified organisational, executive & team coach, LEGO Serious Play facilitator and am accredited in a number of profiling tools.

I'm from the UK but now live in Melbourne where I love being near the sea, coveting other people's cats, cooking food and feeding my friends, planning my next travel adventures and being a complete music snob.
