Hello, I'm Stella, founder of Reliability Insider.

I have more than 15 years of experience in reliability engineering, reliability data analysis, maintenance optimization, and data-driven engineering decision-making.

Throughout my career, I have worked with real-world reliability data across a variety of products and engineering environments, including both repairable systems and non-repairable systems and components. I have helped engineering teams understand failure behavior, identify meaningful reliability trends, and translate statistical analysis into practical engineering decisions.

Rather than focusing on theory alone, my teaching emphasizes how reliability methods can be applied to real industrial challenges.  Through Reliability Insider, I share reliability knowledge that bridges the gap between theory and real-world engineering practice. I hope these courses help engineers not only understand reliability concepts, but also apply them confidently in their daily work.

I am also an IEEE Member and a member of the IEEE Reliability Society.
