Hello everyone, My name is Srinidhi (Nidhi - if that’s easier :)). I am a certified yoga and mat Pilates trainer based in India.

Yoga, meditation and Pilates are my vocation, passion and my pleasure. As more people wish to practice at the comfort of their personal space and time, I have created these resources online, and this is only possible through your ongoing support and generosity.
