I lead the data and research team at SqlinSix, after founding the company in 2013.  In addition to being published in technical magazines such as MSSQLTips, SqlShack and others, I have hosted a YouTube channel in the past, SQL In Six Minutes.

I am a proponent of the learn-by-doing methodology.  Throughout my courses, students are encouraged to complete projects to practice what they're learning. I've interviewed many people who could explain theory, but could not complete basic assignments.  This type of teaching helps students master learning through application.
