Due to my passion for the SN platform and what can be achieved with it, I enjoy teaching the capabilities.

I have been working on modules like IT Service Management (ITSM), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), and Analytics, Reporting, ITBM, CSM and also building Service Portals and Third party Integrations.
