Shubham was recently engaged in the development of a Blockchain Mining Chip, encompassing RTL to GDS-II Layout, utilizing industry-standard Synopsys EDA Tools followed by testing of the chip on ZYNQ ZC702 FPGA at E&ICT Academy Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Guwahati .
Moreover, he has a keen interest in Research and Development especially in the field of VLSI. He has Published 4 Research papers and has also Received Best Paper Award at ETTIS-23, Springer.
He has been invited by MEITY and AICTE (Government of India) as a Judge and Mentor at various National and International Hackathons namely Toycathon 2022, Smart India Hackathon 2022, UNESCO India Africa Hackathon (UIA) 2022. He has also mentored the students across the globe at Microsoft as an MLSA.
He has been a speaker and has hosted workshops at prestigious institutes and international organizations like IIT Kanpur, Microsoft, ADGITM, C-DAC, PIT, etc. His efforts were also acknowledged by getting interviewed by DD Assam News Channel and Hindustan Times Newspaper.
Apart from this, he loves to teach and mentor students. He also loves to read fiction, plays badminton and guitar to keep body, mind, soul and heart healthy.
