Dr. Shishir Palsapure MD (Hom) MSc (Psy) is an associate fellow and supervisor (Training faculty level 2) of the Albert Ellis Institute, New York, USA, trained at the institute itself. He has received the title after meeting the stringent guidelines laid by the International Training Standards and Policy Review Committee in REBT. He has also been trained at the Beck Institute for Cognitive therapy at, Philadelphia. He is a practising psychotherapist and trainer, supervisor in REBT.

He has trained thousands of mental health professionals and non-professionals in the skills of CBT and REBT. He is also the founder of the Morphic Minds affiliated training center of Albert Ellis Institute. He founded the CORE personal development program for schools that is running successfully in India.
