Namaste Yogis,
My name is Shilpa Pandit, and I am a qualified and experienced yoga instructor. I have been dedicated to sharing the gift of yoga with both local and global communities through my platform, Mindful Movement Yoga Classes.
Our community-based yoga group in the UK offers daily online classes via Zoom, led by a team of skilled and passionate yoga teachers.
Our mission is to spread yoga across the globe, supporting people on their journey to better health, enhanced fitness, and inner peace. Through consistent practice, we aim to uplift lives with joy, harmony, and strength, helping individuals create a balanced and fulfilling life.
