I am a psychologist with experience in a range of challenging environments, as an employee and as a manager. Besides coaching and training, I have led on consultations, developed policies, and conducted research about motivation and work-related stress and burnout. I have also worked, and continue to do so, with different UK and US universities.
I have mentored tens of psychology dissertations, from undergraduate to doctorate level, both qualitative and quantitative. I have also published papers in peer-reviewed journals, using a range of data analyses. I believe that all students have the capacity to become good researchers, once they overcome the anxiety about research methods and/or data analysis. This is where I think I can offer a lot of value.
