Over the last 6 years, I’ve worked as a Data Engineer, helping companies build and optimize their data pipelines, improve efficiency, and scale their data systems.
But early in my career, I realized something was missing.
I was so focused on tools and technologies that I lost sight of the bigger picture - delivering real business value.
So, I decided to change my approach.
I shifted my focus to understanding the problems businesses were trying to solve and aligning my work to deliver solutions that truly mattered.
At the same time, I had a hypothesis:
I believed sharing my knowledge and experiences online could help aspiring data engineers learn faster, grow their careers, and avoid the mistakes I made.
So, I started sharing content on LinkedIn.
And the results were beyond my expectations.
In just a year, I’ve grown a community of thousands of data professionals, sharing tips on Snowflake, SQL, dbt, and more.
Today, my mission is simple:
To help Data Engineers build better pipelines, gain confidence, and grow in their careers.
Because of that I tailored 1:1 mentoring sessions to help Data Engineers improve skills, navigate career decisions, and land better opportunities.
