Hello, I'm Sean.

I'm a Screenwriter and Comedy teacher living in Los Angeles.

I've taught Improvisation at the Groundlings Theater in Los Angeles California for over 25 years and was a member of the Main Company for 8 years, performing with famous Groundling alums like Will Ferrell, Cheryl Hines, Jennifer Coolidge, Will Forte, Chris Kattan, Chris Parnell, and Ana Gasteyer.

I’ve taught my own process for Sketch Comedy Writing for over ten years.

I've appeared in Theater Productions at the Pacific Conservatory for the Performing Arts, and on Television on 'Lizzy McGuire' and 'According to Jim' and numerous commercials.
