For over 25 years, I’ve served as an Enneagram teacher, spiritual director, and leadership and life coach, helping people cultivate inner peace, power, and purpose. Based in Saint Paul, Minnesota, I’ve worked with hundreds of clients through the Sojourners Institute and Enneagram Learning Lab, and I serve as a board member of Enneagram Minnesota.

My work centers on teaching and spiritual guidance, integrating the Enneagram with practical models of human and spiritual development. I lead a training program for spiritual guides and offer individual counseling and consultation.

My background includes serving as a church and campus pastor, as well as directing a spiritual care and education program for a large healthcare system. I hold a Master of Divinity from Yale University, a coaching certificate from Corporate Coach University, a spiritual direction certificate from The Center for Spiritual Guidance, and certification through Full Circle Enneagram Training.

At the heart of my work is a desire to help people awaken to lives of greater freedom, abundance, and service.
