Went back to school for a year to earn my Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer credential. I then began a 23 + year career as an Information Technology Professional working first in systems and network engineering then gradually moved on to scripting and full software development.
I have enjoyed working both as an independent contractor as well as for government entities at state and city level. I even spent a few years working for one of the largest companies in the world.
What I have learned through my entire journey is that the larger and entity becomes the less efficient it becomes. For that reason, I am now dedicated to working for only small to medium sided companies. These are where the creative solutions are envisioned.
