Sasha Fenton's early school days were challenging, which ignited a deep desire to understand people and the reasons behind their behaviours. This quest for understanding led her to explore palmistry, astrology, and eventually tarot. She realized that others, like herself, sought psychological and astrological insights and were eager to know what the future held for them. This revelation directed her towards a career that began in 1974.
Sasha has taught hundreds of students in small groups, in large workshops, and within the adult education system. Some of her students have become professional astrologers in their turn.
Sasha has been featured on most BBC and independent radio and television stations in the UK, often hosting her own programmes and sometimes giving readings for callers over the air. She has delivered lectures and workshops at hundreds of festivals in the UK and overseas, including major Mind, Body and Spirit festivals in London and Australia. Her talks on palmistry and astrology remain highly popular.
In the mid-1990s, Sasha scaled back her client work as her writing career flourished. Over the past thirty years, Sasha has focused on writing and publishing, amassing an impressive tally of having written and published 143 books, predominantly in the mind, body, and spirit genre.
Throughout her career, Sasha has held several notable positions, including:
- President of the British Astrological and Psychic Society
- Member of the Advisory Panel on Astrological Education
- Executive Council member of the Writers’ Guild of Great Britain
In the 1990s, she and her husband, Jan Budkowski, founded Zambezi Publishing Ltd and Stellium Ltd, publishing over 500 books through independent publications and joint ventures with major US publishers.
Sasha still has a profound love for astrology, palmistry, and tarot, and she remains continually amazed by the accuracy of these ancient divination practices.
