Linda Hopkinson has more than 30 years of experience in global pharmaceutical research, development and academic research. She trained first as a nurse and spent many years conducting clinical trials as a research nurse. During this time, she wrote her own research studies, which she published and presented at conferences across Europe. She has worked for many renowned Sponsors and companies, including GSK, AstraZeneca and Roche. She was Academic Lead at Kent University -working with Clinical Professionals Training Academy, and was a global trainer for a large CRO (PPD) for many years, where she was responsible for face-to-face and online training for all of their clinical research staff.
Her vast experience in research encompasses all clinical trial phases and many different therapeutic areas. She has worked in a quality capacity helping and advising companies to prepare them for upcoming audits and inspections and has also worked with large companies in quality and process management roles. Linda has run her own company (Training Online 4U) since 2014 and, over the years, has delivered face-to-face and online training successfully to thousands of students.
