Sara Quinn is a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist working with clients online and from her practice in Hertfordshire.
Her background is rooted in a lifelong interest in the relationship between mind, body and behaviour. She studied comparative religion at SOAS, University of London — a discipline that took her deep into contemplative traditions and, through them, into depth psychology and the science of how human beings change. Through her own meditation practice during those years, she found herself alongside researchers who were building the early science of mindfulness-based approaches, long before any of it was mainstream.
That foundation — where ancient wisdom meets modern evidence — shapes everything she brings to her work today.
Sara works with clients on anxiety, stress, habit change and nervous system regulation. Her approach combines the precision of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy with the depth of hypnotherapy — evidence-based, practical, and grounded in genuine respect for how hard change actually is.
She built this course because she kept seeing the same pattern in her own life and in the lives of people she loves — intelligent, self-aware people trapped in a relationship with their phone that they did not fully understand and could not seem to change.
