Santhosh is also the founder of Unicorn Designer Hub, a global learning community where he mentors designers to move beyond execution and grow into strategic, influential roles. His teaching focuses on mindset, practical frameworks, stakeholder collaboration, and communicating design in a way that drives business impact.
