Sanjin is a Python software engineer specialising in back-end development, and a former teacher with ten years in education.
In the classroom he taught coding across a range of embedded platforms, including VEX, micro:bit and Arduino, but his main focus has always been learning and teaching Python. He ran the Victorian Coding Challenge, where more than 1,000 students a year write Python agents that compete in strategy games.
That work became Agent Games — Gamified Python Programming for Schools It’s a platform where students program agents that compete in strategy games, with short courses, live leaderboards and a teacher dashboard. Sanjin builds and runs Agent Games and also works as a software engineer at Art Processors.
His courses teach the way he taught in class: build solid foundations first, then apply them to open-ended problems that reward real computational thinking.
