I have over a decade of experience in the banking industry, software development, and project management. Since November 2019, I have excelled in the role of Product Owner (PO) at one of the leading banks in Serbia. My scrum team develops high-quality mobile and e-banking applications tailored for our SME customers. As a Product Owner, I play a pivotal role in defining the Product Vision and ensuring its seamless alignment with organizational objectives. I am deeply committed to maximizing the value our product delivers, constantly seeking opportunities for improvement. Moreover, I diligently refine our product backlog, prioritizing features that drive significant impact and align with our strategic objectives, thereby fostering consistent delivery of value to our stakeholders.

In addition to spearheading the development of an innovative mobile banking app for small businesses since 2014, I have actively pursued initiatives to optimize everyday banking processes. The efforts of my team and me are aimed at enhancing efficiency and streamlining operations for improved effectiveness.

One of my notable achievements is passing Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) exam, underscoring my commitment to Agile methodologies and product management excellence. I also possess a strong aptitude for data analysis and visualization tools, evidenced by my extensive experience in data analysis and modeling. This experience contributes to my unique skill set, blending strategic foresight with meticulous attention to detail, always with a focus on product usability and practicality.

On the academic front, I hold a doctorate in organizational sciences, specializing in management and business system modeling from the University of Belgrade's Faculty of Organizational Sciences. This background, along with my extensive professional experience, has given me a unique perspective on banking and finance.

I'm a passionate learner who thrives on acquiring knowledge and finds the greatest fulfillment in applying that knowledge in real-world scenarios.

Outside of my professional endeavors, I find joy in running and exploring new destinations, continuously seeking novel experiences and opportunities. These activities offer me the chance to step out of my comfort zone and broaden my horizons. One of the most valuable lessons I've learned from running is the importance of unwavering commitment to our goals, even when faced with challenges. It teaches us that giving up is never an option.
