Sam Bodunrin is a renowned Professor and expert in human resource management with over 20 years of experience in the field. Sam Bodunrin began his career in human resource management as an HR professional in a large multinational corporation. He quickly rose through the ranks, eventually taking on leadership roles in HR strategy and talent management. As he progressed in his career, Professor Sam became increasingly interested in the theoretical foundations of HR and organizational behaviour, and he decided to pursue a doctoral degree in order to further his understanding of these topics.

After earning his PhD in Management and Human Resources from the Central University of Nicaragua, Professor Bodunrin joined the faculty of the prestigious Graduate School, Niagara College, and Algoma University where he has spent time teaching courses on human resource management, business, project management and organizational behaviour. In addition to his work in academia, Sam has also served as a consultant to several Fortune 500 companies, helping them to optimize their HR practices and improve organizational performance. He is a Certified Human Resources Professional across the USA and Canada with certifications like GPHR, SHRM-SCP, CHRL, CHRP, and CPHR. He is also a certified Agile & Project Management Professional (PMP), and a Business Analyst. He is a member of the CIPM Nigeria and a past Secretary of the Lagos Island PPCA. Sam is a Pioneer member of the Association of Elite Human Resources Professionals and Chairman of the Global Advisory Committee of the AEHRP.
