Samir Asaf is a senior management consultant with over 28 years of experience in the field. He is CEO at Performax Inc., an Open-Source Engagement software platform. Formerly, he served as Finance Director at AT&T Corp. (USA), Senior Consultant at the World Bank, and various other leadership roles. He is a Board Leadership Fellow at the National Association for Corporate Directors (NACD) and Chartered Director & Fellow at the Institute of Directors (UK). He is the Author of 'Executive Corporate Finance: the business of enhancing shareholder value (Prentice Hall, London 2004). A graduate from Boston College and London School of Economics, he received his Doctorate in Business Administration from SMC University. He completed the Postgraduate Diploma in Management and the Advanced Management Programme (AMP) at Oxford University. He was a Research Scholar at the Harvard Business School.
