I am passionate about helping parents connect with their baby and get the most from their parenting journey. I am a Registered Nurse and Midwife as well as a Certified Lactation Specialist. I run antenatal courses for expectant parents and I speak regularly at educational seminars on topics such as breastfeeding, introduction to solids as well as being a Pregnancy Fitness Instructor. I'm a mother to two happy energetic young boys.
