With a love for nature, I have decided to study Agriculture proudly completing my degree in 2009 within South African borders. I was fortunate enough to have a rich career with many different aspects. Starting out on a horse farm, working in a citrus packhouse, assisting a company's farms and packhouses to comply with food safety as well as ethical standards, being part of the production process of farming lettuce, being a compliance manager for an exporting company and eventually now being a food safety auditor. With a curious mind, I have not stayed within the borders of what I have learned or worked with and have taken every possible opportunity to improve myself even further even if those aspects of learning were not part of my everyday life. I have found that assisting people in understanding even just one aspect of a subject can assist them in improving themselves and their systems and give them the opportunity again to teach the next person. The beauty of life is the extreme vastness of the world. There is opportunity for everyone - live and let live.
